Area's premier low-income rental assisted apartments

 We are a 40-unit  apartment community with a selection of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom homes. Hallettsville Village Apartments is a Project based Section 8 (PBRA) low income affordable housing provider with available HUD-assisted rent. In addition, we are also an Equal Housing Opportunity provider and a handicap accessible apartment complex. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, age, disability, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, ancestry, source of income, medical condition or any other arbitrary basis in the leasing, rental or other disposition of housing or in the occupancy thereof.

 Each apartment is subsidized through the Office of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). We are an affordable, safe and clean apartment community. Applicants must qualify as to income and other factors to be admitted to our community.
